These balustrade style guardrails conform to the 4" sphere test
The tops of the guardrails are constructed from 1 ½” x 1 ½” steel tube, and the pickets are from ¾” x ¾” tube. Powder coated black.
The simple attachment using a backplate allow the guardrail to be clamped to any position along the platform frame.

These balustrade style guardrails are shorter than our standard guardrail, and assist where sight lines are an issue.
These "shortie rails" stand +26" above the platform surface and conform to the 4" sphere test.

For a higher stairway, simply insert a deck and carry on with another set of steps
They have a steel frame, powder coated black, with black wooden step inserts
All steel steps are provided with a handrail
Lower step units are provided as wooden box steps

Legs are supplied in galvanized 1 ½” steel pipe with a black plastic insert to protect the floor.
Standard Legs: Sizes up to 4'0 in height come free of charge with the deck you rent from us.
Stock sizes are in 6", 7" and 8" increments.
Flanged legs : Can be provided to share platforms, essential on uneven ground, or building a high stage which requires bracing.
Special Legs : Any size of leg can be cut for your project.
Angled legs can be provided to create a raked stage.

The standard caster comes with an 8" diameter wheel and a spigot which sleeves neatly into a scaffold pipe
This allows adjustment of the height of your rolling riser from about 16 ½” upwards
Used in conjunction with the flanged leg system you can effectively create rolling risers of any size or shape
Smaller casters are also offered, to create 12" rolling risers

The Steeldeck® platform is constructed using a steel truss frame with high quality ¾ " plywood top.
The underside of tops is insulated with flame retardant acoustic foam, to reduce noise and vibration.
The platform accepts legs of 1 ½ " Sch. 40 steel pipe.
Legs are held in place by M12 x 30 pinch bolt, which are tightened using a compression hand knob.
The platforms are connected to each other by bolting through pre-drilled holes along each edge.
